Villa Delfín Blanco is located in the charming urbanization Costa Aguilera Mar in Salobreña on the Costa Tropical of Granada. The villa offers impressive views of the sea, the coast and the picturesque, whitewashed town of Salobreña, built at the foot of the imposing Moorish Castle.
The villa faces south and is on the coast. The only sounds you hear are the waves, the birds and the crickets. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. All rooms offer direct or partial views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has three floors. The first floor is reached by stairs or ramp from the street. The view is impressive from every floor.
On the ground floor there is the entrance to the garage, which is not accessible to guests, a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
One floor up you will find the living room with a comfortable set of sofas and armchairs, a table for 6 people and a modern kitchen.
From this place you can enjoy the beautiful view that the villa offers. The modern open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and also has a breakfast bar with two stools. From the kitchen you have access to a terrace where the gas barbecue is located. This terrace is also connected to the pool and main terrace. The kitchen communicates with the bright living room with sea views and access to the large terrace with an 8m x 4m infinity pool.
There is a guest toilet in the living room, directly opposite the elevator.

Granada, Málaga and Almería airports are all easily accessible from the villa. If you can manage to draw yourself away from this wonderful villa, there plenty of things to see and do in the area. A twenty-minute stroll along the coastal path takes you to the little fishing village of La Caleta with its beach, local shops and three bar/restaurants. A five-minute car journey takes you to the centre of Salobreña with a lot more shops, restaurants, tapas bars and beaches. The towns of Almuñecar and Motril are a little further away (15 minutes by car) and Nerja can be reached in 30 minutes. All offer excellent restaurants, markets, museums, water parks, water sports, caves and castles to explore.
Sierra Nevada ski station is 75 minutes away and you can enjoy fantastic hiking out of season. During the ski season (December to April) you can ski in the morning and relax on the beach or by your pool in the afternoon. There is an 18-hole golf course ten minutes away located just behind the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of the Alpujarras make a perfect day excursion, as do the wonderful cities of Granada, with its legendary Alhambra, and Málaga with its historic centre, imposing cathedral and famous Picasso Museum.
Salobreña benefits from a sub-tropical micro-climate, has more than 300 sunny days per year and an average daily temperature above 20 degrees Celsius. For those interested in art, architecture and history, this area offers the best of Andalucía. You will be enchanted by its natural beauty, small, white-washed villages perched on rocky outcrops, tropical flora, flamenco sounds and the rich variety of its local gastronomy.
