La Casita Nueva is a located at the heart of the exclusive residential development of Monte los Almendros (Almond mountain) near to the charming village of Salobreña and offers stunning sea views from its terrace, jacuzzi and heated infinity pool. Málaga airport is a mere one-hour drive.

This modern, three-bedroom holiday house offers all the facilities you need and is located a short walk away from the excellent community recreational facilities. The views from the south-facing terraces, the living room and the master bedroom over Salobreña and the Mediterranean are breathtaking. The house is set in a quiet street and is accessed from the rear from another small street. It is only 10 minutes from the beach by car making it an ideal location to rest and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Exceptionally for a house on this hilly development, the entire living space is built on one single level as is the terrace and the pool meaning you can move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor areas.

The living room has two large sliding doors overlooking the terrace, pool and out to the glistening Mediterranean that facilitate movement between areas. The compact open plan kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. There is also fast Wi-Fi from the fibre connection, smart LED TV and audio system (Sonos).  

On the terrace near the living room there is a covered area for the gas barbecue and ample garden furniture and loungers to eat and live outside. There are three bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. One has a bath with shower, the other two have showers. The master bedroom’s bathroom has a rain shower. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and offer with double beds. There are hairdryers in each bathroom. There is central air conditioning with heating and cooling capability ensuring that the internal temperature always remains comfortable.

To the left of the house there is a little tropical garden with a palm tree and some fruit trees such as lemons and oranges. On the terrace you can enjoy the views to the Mediterranean from inside the jacuzzi or while you have an outdoor shower in the sun. At night, this garden is beautifully illuminated. This holiday house can accommodate a maximum of six people (ideally 4 adults + 2 children). A car is essential and there are two off-street parking spaces to the rear near the entrance-gate as well as a garage for one car on the main street.

La Casita Nueva is located on the beautiful hillside community of Monte de los Almendros. The community recreational area is within walking distance and guests have complimentary use of the community tennis court, paddle tennis court, soccer field and playground. The large communal pool, children's pool and a small snack bar are also open during the summer months.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almería are easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are plenty of things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which also offers beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes away by car, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and in the afternoon, you can relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course ten minutes away by car that is located right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra and Malaga with its historic centre, cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Salobreña enjoys a subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature above 20 degrees C. For those interested in tourism, architecture and history, this region offers the best of Andalusia. You will be enchanted by the beauty of the region with its picturesque whitewashed villages high in the Sierras, tropical nature, sounds of flamenco and of course the abundance and variety of local produce, dishes and regional wines. Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.
